About Me
Fla Flower is a deep soul guide and empowerment coach, specialising in supporting adventurous souls to become free of pain, trauma and blockages in the mind-body-spirit, that prevent them from living fully in the present moment.
Using conversational processes, intuitive counselling, family constellations, enneagram typing and other professional coaching methodologies, she facilitates a deep, transformative experience bringing greater spiritual wholeness and awareness.
Deep Level Approach
I provide help to become free of deep-seated troubles and emotions that are preventing a person from moving forward, using an array of techniques that allow me to track an issue to its root and clear it there. This may not always mean dissolving the issue, sometimes it means reclaiming a juicy part that is stuck in an old choice made in childhood or even a past life in order to survive, and bring that back into alignment with the fullness of Self, so that that energy can be used for new and exciting things.
Deep Soul Empowerment Coaching
Deep soul healing & coaching is about venturing into the vast unknown of your inner landscape with a trusted ally beside you. You will be guided to explore your inner world in a way that allows the deeper layers of the psyche to emerge and be seen.
Together we will work to release emotional pain, trauma, stuck patterns and blockages that may be preventing you from living fully in the present moment, and allow the TRUE YOU to be revealed and empowered. Once this has been achieved practical steps are then given to further implement positive change into daily life.
This work flows through conversational processes, intuitive counselling, family constellations, enneagram typing and other professional coaching methodologies, which facilitate a deep, transformative experience bringing greater spiritual wholeness and awareness.
