Fla is a deep soul guide and coach, specialising in supporting adventurous souls to become free of pain, trauma and blockages in the mind-body-spirit, that prevent them from living fully in the present moment.

Using conversational processes, intuitive counselling, family constellations, enneagram typing and other professional coaching methodologies, she facilitates deep, transformative experiences bringing greater spiritual wholeness and awareness.

Having struggled with undiagnosable persistent physical pain for over 15 years, she visited a vast array of healers, shamans and coaches over many years in her steps to uncover the root cause and become free of pain. Along a path of intensive self inquiry she faced and released an enormous amount of deeply buried past trauma which enabled her to uncover her own natural gifts as an intuitive soul guide. Although she has studied a variety of wellness and healing modalities, she regards her personal journey as her greatest education in the healing arts.

She believes that no pain or emotional wounds are insurmountable and is dedicated to guiding adventurous souls to transmute what has been poison in their lives into medicine for the world and to gain clarity and live in alignment with their deep soul truth.

Background

Fla has a background in life coaching which began in 2013 after completing an intensive master coach certification with Inner Life Skills Coaching International. Over several years she assisted individuals to access and hone their inner most truth and authentic soul purpose in order to live strategically with clarity, direction, motivation and inspiration.

She was previously a facilitator and mentor for TeamUp Education, which is a mindfulness based, online program, providing insights, tools, skills, materials and accountability to make positive personal change within groups of three or more participants. These groups were navigated through a powerful, nine module journey of personal change and development. Fla served to mentor excellence in the new facilitators that joined the team.

She was also an avid laughter yogi, having trained with the founder of laugher yoga, Madan Kataria in India in 2011. Together with a friend the first regular laughter club in Chiang Mai was set up and the spirit of intentional laughing was shared with hundreds of individuals who visited the city. She later facilitated 14 certified laughter yoga trainings in Thailand and China.

Astrologically, she was born in a Capricorn sun and moon with Pisces rising, and is a, spiritually-inclined introvert with a central fascination for ontology and the exploration of realms of consciousness, driven by a great love and belief in humanity as a force for good.

She grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa, during a turbulent time when the country was struggling under the apartheid regime. As a result, communities and families, regardless of colour, were displaced and lost and experienced the uncertainly of what was to unfold politically and within society. Her family life was unstable and she struggled through school as an insecure, rebellious child. In 2009 she made a bold decision to begin a new life in Thailand which was the home of her heart for ten years before returning to South Africa..
